I’m Ceiron, a mathematics student at Rutgers University–New Brunswick. My interests sit at the intersection of machine learning systems, high-performance computing, quantitative computing, and scientific software.
A research platform connecting language-model reasoning with biological databases, protein-analysis tools, and Rutgers’ Amarel cluster. The workflow spans structure prediction, homolog search, catalytic-residue analysis, sequence conservation, ProteinMPNN redesign, and AlphaFold validation.
A Redis-style server project for learning networked systems, protocol handling, and stateful service design.
Numerical implementations covering stochastic processes, derivatives pricing, fixed income, PCA, and matrix methods.
Finishing my 2026 CSI SURF research project, strengthening my C++ and systems background, and studying the mathematics behind machine learning and quantitative models.
